Bride’s Preparations
Includes one hour of the bride’s preparations prior to leaving for the ceremony.
Ceremony
Includes establishing shots of the location, bride and groom preparation, and the ceremony. The groom will be provided with a recording device with a lapel microphone to capture the vows clearly.
Couple’s Video Scrapbook
A video scrapbook of approximately 30 photos of the couple growing up and/or dating set to the music of your choice. This will be included as a chapter on your wedding DVD. On request, this can be provided on a separate DVD prior to your wedding for use at your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or reception. Photos will need to be provided at least three weeks prior to the date this is requested for.
DVDs
All DVDs are custom designed and are delivered in custom designed cases featuring photos from your wedding day. Your Wedding Video DVD is created with menus and chapter selections to easily navigate through the events of your special day. DVDs are recorded in DVD-R format which is designed to work in most of today’s DVD players.
Highlight Video
The highlight video is a recap of the day’s events set to music. It showcases the traditional and special events of the day.
Love Story
The love story is a video filmed prior to the wedding, personalized with your ideas. It includes interviews with the bride and groom discussing how they met, the proposal, what they love about each other, etc. while featuring clips of them spending time together. Upon request, a copy of your love story can be provided in advance for showing at the rehearsal dinner or reception. This will require filming of your love story at least 4 weeks prior to the date needed.
Photo Session
This includes the photo session with your photographer between the ceremony and reception – at the church, reception or other location. It will capture the movement and events between posed shots. *For the Ceremony Only package, the photo session location is limited to the ceremony location.
Reception
Your reception is covered from beginning to end at one location. It includes footage of the location, decorations, guests and the special events of the day.
Thank You Video
Includes a message from the bride and groom to their bridal party expressing appreciation for their involvement with the wedding followed by the highlight video of your wedding. Your thank you message can be recorded before, after, or on your wedding day . The thank you video is provided on DVD in a custom designed jewel case for each member of the bridal party.
Additional Videographer
All packages include 2 cameras at the ceremony (one manned, one unmanned) and 1 camera at the reception. With an additional videographer, you receive 2 manned cameras for your selected package.
Notes:
• Rehearsal - Whenever possible CASL Productions will attend your ceremony rehearsal. This allows us the opportunity to meet your family and bridal party prior to the wedding day, learn the agenda of the ceremony and determine the best locations for our equipment.
• Video Scrapbooks - Photos for Video Scrapbooks can be provided as prints or as digital images. A delay in providing photos may delay final delivery of your wedding video.
• Travel - Depending on the location of the event(s) and the distance between events, a travel fee may be assessed. This will be discussed with you prior to signing of the contract so that both parties are in agreement with this additional fee.
